Almost seventy years ago, Contractor The Cannenburgh has been established and was the first contractor to aquire the “Certified Main Contractor” status in Amsterdam. A lot has changed during those seventy years, besides the professional skills of their employees. 	“I could have chosen to expand my own building company, but looking at the present market circumstances I thought it would be better to buy a company. I have been searching for a company that fits me. Originally, I come from the building trade. I especially prefer restoration work. Maybe it sounds corny, but I like a piece of preservation of the past. Walking along the Amsterdam canals with buildings from 1650, I think that’s magnificent.”
